After years of stalemate Slovenia will now allow safe passage for Croatia’s EU accession. Sea access had proved a sticking point after the break-up of the former-Yugoslavia left a chaotic border blueprint for the new nation states. EuroparlTV travelled to Piran Bay to get to the crux of the matter.
